Our Programmes
All our programmes lead to qualifications that are on the Regulated Qualifications Framework.
Construction
A multi-skill construction course that is taught by time served construction specialists. This covers woodwork, plastering, brick laying and painting and decorating skills. The qualification offered is either an Award or Certificate at level 1.
Barbering, Hair & Beauty
Barbering, hair and beauty is delivered by our team of qualified assessors and industry professionals. Learners can enrol on accredited (VTCT) qualification from entry level to level 2. The programme has been running for over two yers and hs excellent outcomes.
Music Production
Learners will study music production using our brand-new state-of-the-art music studio. This is an opportunity to experience music for the first time or develop current knowledge.
The course includes:
- Using technology to create tracks
- Instrument playing
- Vocal production & development
- Understanding musical theory
- Purpose-built performance space
- High spec equipment
- Industry experienced tutors.
Travel & Tourism
This Level 1 certificate aims to:
- provide learners with an understanding of the principles of the travel and tourism industry and allow them to explore the various avenues of work within this industry
- allow learners to gain transferrable skills that can be applied to further study or obtain employment.
The objectives of this qualification are to help learners to:
- gain an understanding of the principles of the travel and tourism industry
- understand and develop the skills and knowledge necessary for learners to progress onto a Level 2 qualification in travel and tourism or related qualifications.
Health & Social Care
In small groups and a nurture setting learners will gain the knowledge, understanding and skills required for employment and/or career progression in the sectors. This course also allows learners to tailor their learning to their interests through the provision of a broad range of optional units and provides opportunities for the development of transferrable skills.
We also support progression to Level 2 qualifications
in health, social care or children’s settings and provide learners with the opportunity to progress to
employment, in due course, in a range of job roles
Sport & Fitness
Our dynamic sports programme offers access to a wide variety of sport and fitness activities including, but not limited to; football, gym, fitness enhancement and mixed martial arts based fitness training. This is offered through qualification from entry level to level 2.
Outreach
Our outreach programme is set up to engage and move learners through an educational journey towards reengagement with formal learning, whether at school or through a individualised programme. Our tutors qualified teachers that provide a programme of functional skills training through to qualification. Our tutors also offer additional support in relation to emotional development, life skills and travel training.
